How to download the full version when the licence has been paid?

I purchased the 12 month licence for Apowersoft video converter studio but only seem to have the trial version. I tried to convert 2 M4b files to mp3 but the result was 2 mp3 files that are only about 40kb and don’t play. I’m not sure what to do to correct this. Any ideas out there?

I paid for the full version of Apowersoft PDF and although I saw it went through on PayPal, I don’t see anything from you so that I can use it fully.
