I am not able to delete it either. If you have a solution, please tell me. It is very annoying to have this thing pop up every time the computer is rebooted. The app does not show up in my programs in features, but when I type the %appdata% in the “run” line, Apowersoft folder shows up in the AppData/Roaming folders. I deleted the folder and rebooted my computer, but it’s still there. I’m beginning to believe that this is a virus. I need this deleted once and for all.
I found the Apowersoft folder in my Windows/Program Files (x86) folder and deleted it. Then I went the the AppData/Roaming folder and deleted the folder from there. I shut my computer down and checked the folders. They seem to be gone. If it some how miraculously appear again, I know there a virus in the program.
If any of you have problems uninstalling… you could try this – Click the Start button -> select the program from the alphabetic list & right click -> click more -> select Open File Location -> delete folder in that location
So it seems we have to delete the program folders from three different places before it’s actually gone. Shouldn’t be that fiddly, really.
