I’ve been trying to record videos with the online screen recorder. It keeps saying I have to “download the launcher,” which I have multiple times already. It doesn’t let me download it anymore times, it keeps saying “error” and I then get the choice to abort, ignore or retry it. Even if I somehow find a way to download it, it keeps saying that I still need to download it, and the recorder won’t launch.
1. Open “Task Manager” to check whether the Apowersoft Online Launcher has been launched or not.
2. Usually, the launcher will run automatically when it’s installed. Could you please check whether the launcher has been blocked by the firewall or other security applications on your computer or not?
If you are using Mac, to solve this issue, please open “Finder”, select “Go”->”Go to Folder” and enter in “/Users”. After that, you can go to “Shared” -> “Apowersoft” to find the “Mac Online Launcher”. Then you can uninstall it.
Once it’s done, you can go back to the page and hit “Start Recording” to launch this application again.
