as far as I can see, we are quite a lot of those who have problems. The product that was auto renewed 10 days ago doesn’t work. I’ve send e-mails to your support group many times. but your support group was not effective in problem solving. as a result you got my money but I have a pruduct that is not working and you could not solve my problem. Please take respectable and honest attitude that suits your corprate identity. make a refund.
Hi Customer support, recently I have purchased the VIP subscription for apowersoft rec, it was working fine earlier, yesterday I changed my laptop and by the way it’s windows machine, In that I was not able to login, when tried i am getting error message as invalid license key. I tried to enter the no which I got in email header registration successfull. Much appreciated on sorting out this issue. Waiting for the response
