I am new to Apowersoft, and have spend most of today attempting to get my phone to consistently connect and present. This was after a failure during a presentation yesterday where Apowersoft disconnected from my phone and would not reconnect. I purchased of full VIP lifetime license.
My phone was updated to iOs 13.1, and now my iPhone (XR) screen will not show up in ApowerManager.
Before my phone’s iOs was updated, I was experiencing unusual results. The “reflect” button would only work when Apowersoft was shown on my 2nd monitor and the screen maximized. This is unusual behavior, but happened every time.
I also just purchased the VIP license, solely to utilize reflecting my iPhone to my P.C. monitor. I was really hoping this would work. It looks like it has almost been 2 weeks with no response to this issue.
I found this post and it actually worked to mirror my screen. I deleted the zip file 13.3 in the location that they point you to, downloaded the latest zip file 13.2, and renamed it 13.3 and put it in the same folder. Then it worked!
It did not work. I have restarted both my Laptop (Windows 10) and phone several times. No luck.
I uninstalled APowerManager twice. No luck. When I uninstalled APowerManager I made sure I deleted all folders that were in the installation location and the location of zip file mentioned in the above post.
I download and installed the latest version of APowerManager. No Luck.
I went to another laptop, synced to iTunes and updated to the latest version of APowerManager and I still get the same message when I attempt to reflect. Could it be the 12.4.4 files are an issue?
