I have downloaded the latest Apowersoft application, the latest iTunes update, and my iPhone is connected via USB. The application can read all the information on my phone; music, notes, photos, contacts, everything. I click the checkbox for all my music, click export, select the folder I want everything saved to, and consistently, I get the “Failed: please replug your device and try again” message. I have re-connected my device several times. It’s unlocked, it already trusts my computer, and I can’t think of anything else that would be standing in my way. Has anyone overcome this problem? I’d really like to transfer my music onto my computer.
Sorry for the problem. Could you please check if the songs has been downloaded locally on your iPhone? It’s possible that the songs are not locally stored on your phone. That’s why our program cannot export them. Thank you!
