I used apowersoft today to record voice lessons remotely (via FaceTime). The voice teacher said that when I pushed ‘record’ on Apowersoft she heard a very unpleasant noise. When I stopped recording, the sound went away.
How can I avoid this issue for future lesson recording?
Hi, thanks a lot for using our software. Could you please tell us which recorder you are using to record the FaceTime? Please note that after you run the screen recorder, you cannot change the audio input device, which means that you cannot plug in or remove microphone from the computer after you have run the recorder. Otherwise, you need to re-launch the program to make it record sound successfully.
I have found that when I record using APowerSoft Screen Recording, that I get a humming noise on the output. Not sure if this is related to the above. I am recording audio that was already clear on my computer. I have the audio running as I record the screen with APowerSoft and have the audio recording my system audio. It records nicely, but there is an obvious humming noise on the output. Is there a way to fix this? I’ve had students comment that it’s distracting on my courses.
