I have the free version and paid if a registration key. I cannot see where to enter my registration key. Do I need to uninstall the free version and install the Pro version in order to register it and use it fully?

Hi, thanks you to choose our product extremely.
When you get your registration key, just need to follow the steps below.
First, click “Help” on the interface and select “Register”.
Then, input your register code, including your Email Address and License Code, and click “Register”, done.

I purchased in 2014 Streaming Video Recorder Personal License #509797975710099521009754984953. My hard drive crashed & lost software. Where on you website can I re-download the program? Do I download a trial version & then enter license number? Thanks, Donald Bagby

Hi, I have purchased the Video downloader in April, 2016. I received a mail stating that the new version is FREE for previous version purchases made during this year.
Hence I downloaded the new version. Now I do not know how to register it.

I’m having a similar problem to the original poster but with the most current build. When I start your program, it prompts me to register but when I try to log in to do so, the window that pops up doesn’t load. I have the same issue trying to use the icon on the recorder interface. Please help.

Thanks, Alice. I submitted a ticket and got a message that it was submitted successfully. That said, I’m having a slight issue logging into this forum now. I had to sign up again because this site said that there was no info on the account I created last night. That makes me curious if my ticket went through. Do you have an approximate time in when I should get a response or can you confirm that my ticket made it to the queue?

This is the worst ux/ui experience. I paid, have no key and the screen shot of how to register is not found anywhere,
