    Disappointed with product

    Overall, I have to say that I am pretty disappointed with this product. This should be a simple 2-3 step installation process but clearly there are a few kinks that still need to be worked out when it comes to having the most updated iOS. Instead, you are continually prompted to buy the VIP service but why would I when this program cannot recognize my i-phone.

    I have had this product for over a month, but I have been able to successfully copy texts only ONCE. I have been email the issue to the customer service. The customer service has told me that my phone is not connected despite I sent screen shots proving that the phone was connected. Seems like they want to turn over the blame to me instead of resolving the issue. I have done all I could, from plugging in to USB Debugging …….I had chosen this product over others with hope it would be better. But I guess I have been had. Time to move on and look for some other software. Jamil
