So gone start up the “Apowersoft Video Download Capture” on OSX but it just crashes. Did several attempts with the same result, crashes before the software even loads.
ReInstalled the software same problem!!!

 

Is there any know conflicts right now?

Getting the exact same issue today, just went to start up the program and crashes straight away without even loading – have tried uninstalling and re-installing. same result.

Have opened a support ticket, so hopefully we’ll get a response/fix soon.

Hi, all. Very sorry for the problem. The problem has been solved now. Please uninstall the old version and reinstall the new version. You can download it from our official website.

I have a mac and the app crashes and the only download available from your site  is a Windows executable file?

Hi, sorry. Please uninstall the old version you are using and then go to download the latest version. The problem has already been fixed.
