    Hello i’m french so i do not speak very well english.
    First of all worked well, i wanted to record my film and already an unusual message says.
    Good sa has walked BUT when I registered, my video is put in my “ADMIN”.
    I have the impression that no one has had any problems…I try to go into the settings but when I want to choose the place of the video, I am in my space Admin O.o
    Plz help mie..

    I get this “renew” notice every time I try to use the software after I made the payment. why?
    I need a reply asap or I will have to get rid of this trash and get my $ back.

    I have a complaint to make. I just wasted my money on accidentally buying another yearly subscription Apowersoft recording pro, and I got nothing. All, I keep getting is this stupid trial version window popping up and when I try to click login the window showed nothing. That forces me to try and renew my product but nope, I brought another product and it didn’t renew my product I already have. I tried to even contact, email, send a ticket and even calling but all I get are slow loading windows that take FOREVER to load, and no email replies, and not even able to get a call. Your services is almost non existent, and I wasted my money. I tried to uninstall and re-instal, but I can’t. If I can’t even get a reply back to get a refund, you could at least try and help me by screen sharing to fix my product.

    Hi, I want to cancel my life-time subscription of apowersoft video download capture. I filed a ticket immediately after I accidentally bought the subscription, but I haven’t heard of the response for a week. 

    Also, the performance after I bought the subscription didn’t improve at all. And I am still able to download only one video at a time, it is not the same as the advertisement suggested. I want a refund. Thanks a lot.

Or if you want to use this email: donzydo@hotmail.co.uk, you can go to the mailbox of this email: thefemmefootale@yahoo.com to find the activation code, and then use the activation code to activate your account. We might send the email to this one: thefemmefootale@yahoo.com about all your account info.
