joshGuestContact US2018-08-05 00:14 #6I have a complaint to make. I just wasted my money on accidentally buying another yearly subscription Apowersoft recording pro, and I got nothing. All, I keep getting is this stupid trial version window popping up and when I try to click login the window showed nothing. That forces me to try and renew my product but nope, I brought another product and it didn’t renew my product I already have. I tried to even contact, email, send a ticket and even calling but all I get are slow loading windows that take FOREVER to load, and no email replies, and not even able to get a call. Your services is almost non existent, and I wasted my money. I tried to uninstall and re-instal, but I can’t. If I can’t even get a reply back to get a refund, you could at least try and help me by screen sharing to fix my product.

Also, the performance after I bought the subscription didn’t improve at all. And I am still able to download only one video at a time, it is not the same as the advertisement suggested. I want a refund. Thanks a lot.
