    Hello, I just started that 7 day free trial today and would like to cancel the subscription before it makes me pay for it. This app is not what I expected, I found something else.

    Hi I bought your 1 month subscription and now got charged for a second month i did not authorize, and submitted the ticket and still have not been responded to. Please refund me my money as I am not even using or have the software anymore

    Hello, I have sent a couple messages this evening regarding newly opened account…  First off I was double charged for my 1 year subscription for $101 dollars…  I would like a refund on the second charge.  Also the system will not upgrade my account to a VIP members.  I have entered my activation code countless time and have restarted the program over and over, I am still stuck with a trial period…  I’m getting very annoyed with this service…  

    My order # is 145777633.  I hope some can get back to me as soon as possible and figure this all out or I will uninstall the program and ask for a full refund…

    I had sent you an email about the refund because there was no way to submit a ticket for this product only… I really cannot find the name of the product anywhere on “Select Your Product”, am I mistaken?

    I paid for lifetime access of Apowersoft. i was sent the details.however it gives an error everytime i try to log in.why are you guys not clear on what link to use etc. you just sent an activation code. why cant you sent the link and make the process just easy?

    Hi, I have emailed you guys 3 times. 1 of 3 times you replied asking me why your product doesnt fit my needs. Nothing about canceling subscription, which was the specific topic of my mail to you. And I’ve gotten ignored for weeks after that. I’ve tried everything u guys offer when it comes to canceling my subcription, BUT i never get a confirm that MY subcrioption is canceled. Can u guys please just dont milk my credit card any longer and delete my subcription?

    Can you tell me, is it still taking weeks to get a reply from this company or? I am writing within my refund time line. I do expect to get a prompt reply but this thread is worrysome.
