Hello, I have sent a couple messages this evening regarding newly opened account… First off I was double charged for my 1 year subscription for $101 dollars… I would like a refund on the second charge. Also the system will not upgrade my account to a VIP members. I have entered my activation code countless time and have restarted the program over and over, I am still stuck with a trial period… I’m getting very annoyed with this service…
My order # is 145777633. I hope some can get back to me as soon as possible and figure this all out or I will uninstall the program and ask for a full refund…

I paid for lifetime access of Apowersoft. i was sent the details.however it gives an error everytime i try to log in.why are you guys not clear on what link to use etc. you just sent an activation code. why cant you sent the link and make the process just easy?

Hi, I have emailed you guys 3 times. 1 of 3 times you replied asking me why your product doesnt fit my needs. Nothing about canceling subscription, which was the specific topic of my mail to you.
