        Dear customer,


        There are two possibilities for this problem.

        The first one is that you have logged in the wrong account. Please make sure that you have logged in the right account related with the email address you used to buy the program, as our system will automatically generate an account basing on that email address. If you want to change your account, please let us know.


        The second one is that you have logged in the wrong program. Please make sure that you have logged in the right program which you have bought. If you bought the wrong program, we can also help you with it.

        Sorry for the inconvenience. Please attempt the adjustments below:

        1. Head to the Render mode setting and choose D3DX opengl mode, and also reset the frame rate as 60. 

        2. If the effect remains unsatisfactory, please reconnect your devices using a USB cable. 

        3. Or you are suggested to lower the resolution rate on the mobile application.

    Hi

    I’m using laptop where I don’t have a administrator rights and cannot change firewall (there is no possibility to login as an Admin and change it).

    So how can I log into Apowersoft application used on laptop and authenticate version to be able used Free account instead of Guest account ?

    There is an popup wit content as below:


    Oops!

    LOADING_FAILED

    Reason: 7, Couldn’t connect to server

    Host: myaccount.apowersoft.com

    Try:

    Checking the connection

    Checking the proxy and the firewall

    PS. version on my laptop is “portable” copied from other where  Apowersoft was instaled. It;s works perfectly. You can also thing to release portable version.

    Hi ada, i installed the app and did all it asked me but on final step the appa are not showing on my pc the screen ia just white and does not show anything ahead… Please tell me solution to fix this.

    Ps – My computer has 2gb ram but graphics card is outdated, 64bit.

    Pc operating system: Windows 10 pro

    phone: samsung s8+


    I managed to connect via USB briefly for screening mirroring, controlling my phone via the pc but it stopped and I hit a road block at every turn after that 



    Below is a brief history of my attempts to re-establish the phone mirror on my desktop 



    phone keeps deleting apowermirror after installation, usuallyat about 20 or 30 mins after downloading to my phone.


    strong WiFi but phone keeps getting disconnected


    on USB connection, phone and app keep freezing

    have tried rebooting phone multiple times 

    have tried rebooting PC

    have followed these instructions:

    – didn’t work 


    have followed below instructions:

    have followed below instructions multiple times including rebooting, connecting, disconnecting, generally pointlessly going around in circles:

    – that didn’t work either





    the app keeps randomly appearing and disappearing on my home screen after taking about an hour to download from the playstore because it seems to be determined not to work with a Samsung s8+

    – chasing the app around my home screen as it randomly deletes itself, reappears, moves to app drawer and back, refuses to download, then downloads, then needs to  be re-downloaded 



    my phone has no viruses or malware as per a malware bytes scan, i hadn’t any problems with my phone whatsoever prior to this app

    Is there any way to keep the wallpaper when the mirroring starts.Every time the wallpaper is removed and is set to black solid block.

    Hi,


    I am connecting my android phone to pc with usb.   When I use pc keyboard to type, the “keyboard selection bar” would pop up and just hides my input field under it.  Please see above picture.  The input field is just below the dark bar above the ApowerMirror watermark. 

    Is there any way to make this popup bar invisible so I can see the screen below it.

        For the "text message" app, the input field would be pushed up by the "keyboard" bar so it is still visible.  However, in the wechat app,  the input field is covered by the keyboard bar so I could not see what is typed.
