i keep installing the launcher but the application has not arrived…
what should l do?

I’m having the same problem. I contacted support and got this reply
Sorry about that. You can try the instructions below to try again.
1. Uninstall the launcher by going to Control Panel > Uninstall a program.
2. After you uninstall it, open “%Appdata%\Apowersoft” in a folder address bar. Delete the folder “Apowersoft Online Launcher” from the opened folder.
3. Reinstall the launcher again by following the direction on the webpage and try if you can start to use the online video converter.
I did all of that and still have the same problem. Ive sent another email to support to see what’s next
Hi, if you are using online screen recorder, then please clear the cache of your browser and check the task scheduler to make sure that there's no process running in the background.

I thinks this might be an issue caused by Google Chrome.
Ive opened the application in Firefox and have no problem.
