I was just wondering how long it would usually take to cancel an account and receive a refund? I have sent 2 emails to support and am currently waiting to hear back.

Hi I just signed up for the trial but have changed my mind. Please close my account. I am no longer interested and don’t need to use this site. I also don’t want any surprise bills coming my way in the future. Thanks so much

The converter completed ONE 3 minute job, then will not do anything else. I forced quite, and restarted MANY times. Please cancel this and issue a refund. I just purchased this two hours ago and have been fighting with it for the two hours.

Hello APowersoft – I ordered Apowercompress a week ago and then spent a lot of time (5-6 hours) trying to get it to work unsuccessfully. After taking all that time I never was able to get a viedo file that was viewable so the next day I submitted a customer service ticket for a refund. Now a week later I have had no response and no refund.
I am sure you have a good/great product however the software will just not work on my pc/laptop and this falls within the legitimate reasons for a refund and I never was able to use it successfully. Please reply to me so I can be confirmed I will receive a refund as every dollar I earn counts these days and I want to make sure I rightly get my money back as it appears you are a honest company and will honor my request. thanks…ro
ps. I will take this up with the visa company if needed but that will likely be more paperwork and problems for both of us than we need so please just process my refund
