    can not download update file

    hi. i received a message that there is a new version of the program but when i click download the file would not download and i get an error message:

    “update failed. downloading the update package failed. please check your network connection and retry. error: the update configuration could not be found.”

    how can i update the program? my internet connection is perfect and there are no network isuues.

    Hi, which program you want to update? You can go to the website to download the latest version again, and it will work.
