Greetings, I hope you are not a bot! I have been corresponding with a bot at Paddle.com in regards to a billing error, but after multiple exchanges, they have not resolved the problem. On 10/13/20, I purchased the ApowerRec software for annual fee = $39.95. On that same day, I was also charged $19.95 for a monthly subscription fee, which means I was billed twice for the same service. I have requested a refund = $19.95 multiple times from Paddle.com help, but they are non-responsive. Can you assist me in resolving this?
