In general, I like the idea of outsourcing, because it allows you to make the work of the company more flexible. If we are talking about staff augmentation, sometimes it happens that a company doesn’t really need to hire an employee on a permanent staff. This is a big waste of time, as it takes time to adapt, learn, familiarize with the principles of the company, and so on. It is much easier to find an outsourced employee who will quickly and efficiently complete the task, and this is where the interaction with him ends.
