    Backup won’t work

    I have a trial version of Apower and a Motorola Z Force 2 Android phone.  I’d like to purchase the VIP version but I simply want to make sure the program will function properly with my phone.  I have USB debugging enabled, I can turn on PTP, I can get the phone to connect to the program and see the screen.  I have even eliminated some duplicate Contact Entries.  What I cannot seem to do is perform a BACKUP.   I’m using a USB cable —  Not WiFi.  When I initiate a full backup it starts by saying it’s at 10% but never goes beyond that.  Often the “upgrade to VIP” window shows up.  I don’t want to spend $60 and find it doesn’t work.  Can I perform BACKUPS with the TRIAL version?  Am I doing something incorrectly?  THX  Ed

    Hello,
    I have the same issue as mentioned from e.tremko but I have spent the money already and my expectation was much higher for the full version and VIP license.

    I hope ther is a solution in the meanwhile.

        Hello again,
        I need to correct my previous post.
        It's working, it was just for a very long time at 10% without changes.
        After 15GB transfered pictures the status/percentage number increased and action was visible and finally successful.
        So backup is alos working, sorry for my previous frustrated post.
