I’ve recorded three different webinars lately and every time the recording stops, their lips don’t match up to the audio by about 2-5 seconds. I’m using the default settings to record but what else can be causing this? How can I fix this for future recordings? Thanks for your help
Hi, Chris B! Sorry for the inconvenience. Would you please tell us what program you are using to record the webinars? If you need help urgently, I would like to advise you to submit your problem here: https://www.apowersoft.com/support/submit-ticket/
Alice Wang : If you are using on Windows, you may try to go to "Settings" -> "Recording" -> "Video Recording" -> "Mode" and select "Performance Priority" before recording to check whether it works better.
I too have continually had this same issue. It renders everything I am recording useless. I am utilizing having the webcam display while also recording the screen if that has any issues. I would hope not but I am up for suggestions. The above recommendation (from Alice Wang) didn’t solve anything.
Or you can use the built-in Video Editor to adjust the audio sync after recording. To do it, you just need to click "Save" -> "Edit video", then you will be directed to Video Editor. Click "Edit"->"Adjust", then adjust the synchronize.
