Hey everyone i recorded a very important for me 2 hour webinar and i hear no sound But the webinar had sound
I recorded many videos in the past with Apowersoft but with this one i don’t hear anything
Can you please tell me what’s going on and how to fix it

Hi, Constantinos. Apowersoft Screen Recorder will have a big update this week. There will be no this audio problem after the update. If you need to record Webinar this week, you can use Apowersoft Screen Capture Pro which can also record screen with audio.

Okay so what can i do with my webinar now that has no sound

My webinars are like 4-5 hours and i want them to be recorded WITH NO AUDIO problem whatsoever AND WITH A CRYSTAL CLEAR IMAGE ( there are very important to me and my business and i trust your service to do that so please tell me what i have to do so i don’t have to go through that again )
Do i necessarily have to upgrade or the update will cover the audio problem ???
ALSO WHAT CAN I DO FOR MY WEBINAR THAT I HAVE NO SOUND???
CAN I RESTORE IT SOMEHOW?

I’ve same issue here. Interestingly my System Sound recording was perfect. I played, watched and heard the audio recording once. Then it’s gone… no sound anymore. I still have the file, I can play and watch.. but no sound!!! Indeed there was sound when I played first time.
BUT now I can’t record the system audio at all.. video quality is very good.. no problemo.
Help me out here, please.

Using a Samsung s6 and LG Tribute. On both devices, casting is fine but there is no sound playback despite all I’ve done tweaking the different sound options available.

No sound when recorded, maybe since 25 September with the Pro Version.

Very low sound
I have screen recorder pro version. When I record videos online, mostly games, the video works fine but the volume is too low of the other end. When played at VLC media player, I have to increase it too 200% and use microphone to hear it. Please check!!!

Using the Apowersoft Screen Recorder Pro nightly for a 5 hour recording (1 am to 5 am) . For this I’m using it in Audio mode only, being a radio show. . I’m getting my five hour recording, but it does not stop recording after the selected five hours. It runs till it is manually stopped. I have tried both ways for the stop time

when recording on FaceTime or messenger, the sound from the other device is very very low. almost inaudible. This is important because I am conducting and recording interviews. please help
