    activating VIP account

    Hello, I just bought a VIP account for ApowerREC. 


    In the software, I can unlock it by typing in an activation code, which is nowhere to be found – in my login details on the site or in the confirmation e-mail.


    Please point me in the right direction as to where I can find the code so I can activate the software and get on with my work.


    This code was given to me as a receipt; 80D851161R2703841 – however it turns out as an invalid activation code in the software.

    Hi Kjetil,

    Welcome to Apowersoft community. I appreciate your detailed description.

    The latest version of our software doesn’t need a registration code to be activated. Once our users have purchased the software, their accounts will be activated automatically at the first time they log in it. Please just use your account and password to log in it.

    I have the same issue… I renewed the licence but paid with paypal. It has now given me some new login and password with my paypal email details – not the email I created my account with so I am guessing that is why my account is not activating?

        In fact, the account will connect with your Paypal email address if you paid by Paypal. 

        Please use it to log in the program.

    Same problem here.  I purchased a VIP account after trialing and can log in with no problem, but can’t mirror anymore.  My iPhone no longer sees my PC to mirror


    I’ve logged out and logged back in, closed my app and restarted…not working.  What do i do???

    I just paid for the full product and yet whenever I try to use this product I keeps telling me that my trial period has expired and it needs to be renewed! What the hell is going on?! How do I login so I can use it?

        Hi, did you restart the application after ordering? And please make sure that you have logged in the email account that you used in purchasing. If you log in program using other email account, it won't work.

    hello – i purchased the application with email r*****@p***** , i was given an activation code which didn’t work then told to logon with another email d*******@g*****. i did and still it doesn’t work – i have asked a few times for a new activation code but don’t get one. the TECH SUPPORT is REALLY LACKING. please answer my ticket 293115

        Hi, sorry for the late response. Actually, if you have logged in the program with this email: r*****@p*****  before purchasing the program, you can directly use the program without any activation code, because we will automatically activate that email once you finish the payment. But if you logged in the program with other email, then you can use the activation code to activate the account. And once you activate that email, then this one r*****@p***** cannot be used as a VIP account. Hope this will help you.

        ok - that is as it is, but i did say " i have asked a few times for a new activation code but don’t get one." so i still can't get my program activated as i don't have an activation code

        so 

        PLEASE SEND AN ACTIVATION CODE

    VIP Activation: I purchased VIP two weeks prior to expiration of annual account (May, 2019). I restarted software and it worked normally.  I continued to receive e-mail expiration notices that I ignored.  Now, upon expiration of prior annual account, software function is being limited.  The site to use activation code is no longer accessible.  When I login, screen shows VIP.  How do I get it working????

    I also note that I cannot submit help ticket as required Product Type does not load from drop-down menu.

    Similar problems. I bought Video Converter Studio, paid through PayPal, and have only used one email. I successfully converted one audio file and was impressed at the speed, it is 10 times faster than others I have tried. My problem is that after the first use, it now only does 1 second of conversion, ignoring the full file. I can log in VIP and have done this many times. I have my order number, password, and activation code, and have installed the product twice. How do I get it to fully function? Thanks for your help. I look forward to using it to convert a number of files.

    Bought VIP, Software does not recognize me. I paid for LIFETIME usage. I payed with paypal which is uses a different address than the one I setup and am typing from right now.

If you want to switch your account to another email, please offer your order info to support@apowersoft.com and then tell me which email you want to switch to, then our technician will help you.

    Same problem. I own Video Download Capture. I tried running it on my new computer. It will not run.


    This new system that you have of spying on users over the Internet to verify registration clearly is not working. Why don’t you do what you have done for years and just let us enter our registration key?

    I sent an email to Support but so far have received no answer. That is why I am posting here.

    You have a good product, but it is no good if there is no way for legally registered customers to use it.
