1. Why does the transparent background become black or white after saving?

If you view photos on the phone, whether the image with a transparent background depends on your mobile device. The transparent background is displayed as a mosaic in the App, but it may be displayed in black or white in your album. In fact, it is still a transparent PNG format image. The image is available for use on your phone.

2. Why is the image not clear enough after saving?

①If the resolution of your ID photo are less than 500×500px, it will look blurry when previewing and zooming in on the phone. For example, the original image resolution is 1080×1520px, after cropping to 1 inch, it becomes 295×413px. This decline is normal.
②If the resolution of the original image is extremely high, the resolution of edited images will be reduced after saving on your phone. If you want to save high-resolution images, it is recommended to download the Windows version of Apowersoft Background Eraser. 3. Why can’t I receive the images after payment? Why can’t I save the edited image after subscribing?

It is recommended to log out and log in again. If it still not works, please tap "My" > "Customer Service" > "Feedback" to send us feedback. We'll deal with it in time.

4. The difference between "Buy images" and "Buy membership".

If you buy images, there will be no time limit for use. Save one image, consume one use.
If you subscribe membership, you'll be able to unlimited save images for the duration of your subscription.

5. If you subscribe monthly/quarterly membership on the mobile phone, it cannot be used on Windows version.

Currently membership subscription is not availble on Windows version. But if you buy images, you can use it on Windows version.
