Microsoft finally released its new version of Operating System – Windows 8. I think one of the most different things between Windows 8 and the previous versions is the removal of the traditional Start menu. And this makes users difficult to figure out how to shut down Windows 8 in first time use.

    Windows 8 is perfect example of how not to make a new customer happy pleased to have bought a product. “Start off by not telling the customer of all the initial pit falls that are going to be encountered. Not provide any practical instructions. Not have a classic option as previously offered by earlier products. Truly the worst computer product I have bought since the days of MS DOS. Micro Sh*t you really screwed the pooch on this one.
